Thirty-episode educational adventure introduces young audiences to pioneers of science from the Islamic Golden Age
BEIRUT, 21 September 2026 — Union Media s.a.r.l., the Beirut-based content production, licensing and Arabic localization company, has licensed its animated series Science Voyagers (30 x 10’) to beIN MEDIA GROUP for broadcast in MENA on its children’s channel, Jeem TV. The Arabic-language series is designed for children and families.
The series premiered on 6 September and airs daily on Jeem TV, Sunday through Thursday, at 16:30 MECCA.
Science Voyagers follows Shihab, a schoolboy who has lost interest in his studies, until his talking parrot Fahmi reveals a magical watch capable of carrying them through time. From the House of Wisdom in Baghdad to the observatories and gardens of Andalusia, each episode transforms a scientific discovery into an adventure.
Across the series, Shihab meets pioneering scholars including al-Khwarizmi, Ibn al-Haytham, al-Zahrawi, al-Razi, Maryam al-Astrulabi, Omar Khayyam, Ibn Sina and Ibn al-Nafis. Their achievements in mathematics, optics, medicine, astronomy and other fields are presented in an accessible way for a new generation.

Science Voyagers is produced by Union Media, based on a concept by Hassan Krayem, written by Mohamed Adly, directed by Amer Salah, with an original score by Sherif El Wessimi.
