At a time when UNESCO mentions the French gourmet meal as
a "World In heritage of Humanity", let’s be happy about that
distinction but wonder: What is an Intangible Heritage? Can
we define it as the transmission of knowledge and skills over
time? The notion seems subtle, at least more difficult to
understand than the built or natural in heritage. The film
highlights the richness and diversity of intangible heritage as
well as threats of globalization and growing profit.
